Andrés Siso, Founder and CEO of A2S, holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2003. In 2007, he founded a construction and real estate development company in Buenos Aires, where he led the development and construction management of numerous residential projects. In addition, he served as trustee and manager of two multi-million-dollar real estate trusts in Argentina, overseeing investment, development, and asset management activities.
In 2014, Andrés established himself in Miami and founded A2S LLC, a successful construction and real estate development company focused on high-end residential projects. Since then, he has overseen the development and construction management of multiple luxury residences in some of South Florida's most prestigious neighborhoods, including Cocoplum, Coral Gables, and Key Biscayne.
The company's primary focus is the high-income residential market, a segment that has historically demonstrated resilience and stability across varying market conditions.
